April 2022 the competition jury debated and decided &nbsp;the results for the <strong>\u201ePia\u021ba Sfatului Bra\u0219ov Central Square<\/strong>\u201d <strong>International Design overall discourse that underpins the project is constructed around an investigation into archetypes and major themes of European culture, rather than starting from a detailed assessment of the site\u2019s history &#8211; which is not, however, left aside, but it is transferred onto a considerate work with the built fabric and visible while further considering the details of the project. The proposal reflects on the potential further opening of the facades of the Council House and invites the house to participate to the life of the square and take its rightful place. a long period of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>The exhibition of all the projects participating in the competition can be visited&nbsp;at CATTIA &#8211; Business center, technology transfer and business incubator, 35 Institutului Street, Bra\u0219ov \u2013 1st Floor.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>The Contracting Authority is the Bra\u0219ov Municipality<\/strong>, <\/strong>the owner and administrator of the public spaces that are the investment object, and which shall become the beneficiary of the contract resulted from this practice in organizing OAR design competitions, published in 2018, in compliance with the legal provisions in force regarding the award of public procurement contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Design Competition was a public, single-stage competition, open to Romania, all countries of the European Union, of the European Economic Area and to the Swiss Confederation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The design competition was organized as an independent procedure, in accordance with art. 105 letter a) of Law no. 98\/2016 regarding public procurement, and subsequently, pursuant to provisions under art. 104 para.
