The OAR Competitions Team is pleased to announce that no appeals have been submitted for the Tulcea Central Area International Design Competition! The solutions competition procedure has been completed.  

Competitors in paid positions will be contacted by the Contracting Authority to prove that they meet the requirements of the ESPD, which are necessary both for the payment of prizes and for the start of the negotiation procedure with the competition winner.
