Clarification
We publish this notice regarding the ex officio Clarification no. 19416 / 10.08.2023 (attached below), related to the design competition no. DC1000207 of 22.06.2023 having as object “The complex design of the beaches in Mamaia resort in the county of Constanta – Mamaia Seaside”, uploaded in SEAP (The Electronic Public Procurement Platform) by the Contracting Authority – The National Administration „Romanian Water”:
“Due to some changes regarding the persons with decision-making positions within The National Administration ”Romanian Water”, we provide Annex 2.2 Forms containing the updated Form no. 4.“
In view of this announcement, i.e. ex officio Clarification no. 19416 / 10.08.2023, the document Annex 2.2 Forms has been updated in the competition documentation and can be downloaded from the competition website under “Documentation”, Annex 2 COMPETITION RULES.
