Ex officio clarification notice

We publish this notice regarding the ex officio Clarification no. 212927 / 07.10.2022 (attached below), related to the design competition no. DC1000193 of 25.08.2022 having as object “Park DN3C Constanta design competition”, uploaded in SEAP (The Electronic Public Procurement Platform) by the Contracting Authority – Municipality of Constanta:

“In the framework of the errata en. EN1039042, published in SEAP on 28.08.2022, a material error occurred regarding the deadline set for receipt of tenders / applications, requests to participate or letter of expression of interest. In view of the aforementioned material error, please note the following:

Instead of “10.10.2022 00:00”

read “10.10.2022 16:00.“

This notice, i.e. Ex-Officio Clarification No 212927 / 07.10.2022, does not affect the information presented on the competition website and in the competition documentation, the material error only concerns the notice in SEAP (The Electronic Public Procurement Platform).
