Objectives for CPD

Among the missions of the Romanian Order of Architects is the development of architectural and urban culture, proving thus that architecture is a cultural act of public interest, with urban, economic, social, and environmental implications.

Through its program of continuing professional development, the organization aims at ensuring that architecture is being practiced in society at the right standards, and at providing the opportunity for its members to acquire the necessary knowledge and abilities so that they can meet the demands of contemporary society.

In order to ensure good practices in architecture, the continuing development of the architects’ competences, knowledge and skills is necessary.

The Order also aims at meeting its members’ needs for continuing professional development, for acquiring knowledge in diverse and specialized areas of interest, relevant to the context/their professional context.
