Award Gala of New MNIR Contest
The Romanian Architects’ Chamber has the is delighted to announce The Award Gala of New MNIR Contest. The event will take place on Friday the 7th of October 2016 at 11:00 a.m. . The competition, organised by The Romanian Architects` Chamber under the auspices of The International Union of Architects and with the support of the Romanian Ministry of Culture was officially launched on the 1st of February 2016.
The event will be hosted by the National History Museum of Romania at its headquarters, 12 Calea Victoriei Street, Bucharest, Romania and will have as honourable guests not only the awarded architects but also representatives of The Romanian Architects’ Chamber, of The National History Museum of Romania and of the Ministry of Culture of Romania.
On Friday the 1st of July 2016, The National Museum of Romanian History organized a press conference in order to announce the winners of the international design competition The New MNIR. The jury selected the 3 winning projects as it follows:
- 1ST PLACE // 30.000 € // STARH – ARHITECTURĂ, CONSTRUCȚII, DESIGN SRL
- 2ND PLACE // 20.000 € // SERGIO WALTER MARTÍNEZ NIETO REPRESENTING AWA-A
- 3RD PLACE // 10.000 € // S.C. STUDIO EST & PARTNERS S.R.L.
